Intro to Breathwork

An experiential introduction to Breathwork: lying down, we’ll practice a gentle session of continuous connected breathing (CCB) to ease tension, release stored emotions, and feel lighter and more present.

A practice for anyone who feels the need to slow down and reconnect with themselves, perfect as a first step into a monthly journey of inner exploration through the breath.

What to expect: meeting hidden parts of yourself, to welcome and gently let go with presence and care.
