VINYASA

•••

Through our dynamic and inclusive yet challenging Vinyasa classes, you will be mindfully linking yoga poses and movements with the breath, transitioning smoothly from one to another, experiencing a flowing and dynamic sequence. The key elements of this class are breath awareness, fluid transitions, creative sequencing, core engagement, heat generation.

The sequences can vary widely in terms of difficulty, pace, and intensity, making Vinyasa suitable for practitioners of different levels and preferences.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is an ultimately relaxing and meditative style of yoga that involves holding passive yoga poses for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. This practice aims to increase flexibility, promote joint mobility, and cultivate a sense of stillness and inner awareness. It integrates insights from Hatha Yoga with principles from Chinese Medicine, including meridians, Taoist philosophy, and Buddhist meditation techniques. It is often recommended as a complement to more dynamic practice.

Suitable for all levels.

PRANA VINYASA

••

Prana Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga that focuses on cultivating inner energy through the creative flow of movements mixed with powerful kriyas, skillfully preparing the body and ultimately leading to a peak in the sequence. Postures are typically not held for extended periods, this approach aims to maintain a sense of energy flow throughout the practice, encouraging a more rhythmic and meditative experience.

Prana Vinyasa Yoga is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, making it suitable for practitioners at all levels, including beginners.

HATHA + PRANAYAMA

In this class, we integrate Hatha Yoga and Pranayama within a traditional Indian framework. The session emphasizes prolonged holds in postures, prioritizing precise alignments. A dedicated segment of the class is dedicated  to pranayama, introducing 15 - 20 min  breathing exercises designed to regulate breath, induce mental calmness, and enhance the flow of prana (vital energy) throughout the body.

The synergy between Hatha yoga and pranayama provides a well-rounded practice perfect for all types of levels.

HATHA FLOW

••

This style of yoga combines elements of traditional Hatha Yoga with a more dynamic and fluid approach. A new sequence is proposed in every class, where you’ll “flow” from posture to posture linking breath with movement, using smooth transition between poses, helping cultivate mindfulness, improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall body awareness. It serves as the foundation for many modern styles of yoga.

Suitable for practitioners of all levels.

HATHA

•/••

Hatha is the core and base of many yoga traditions. This class is designed to guide you toward inner balance and harmony, merging physical postures, breath control, and meditation. The pace will be slow, featuring more static holds of the postures with the major focus on alignments, fostering a heightened awareness of your body. Immerse yourself in the meditative and calming effects, relishing the opportunity to connect deeply with your practice.

Hatha Yoga is adaptable, and you can modify the practice based on your individual needs and abilities. Perfect for beginners too.

PILATES MATWORK

••

In pilates you will use your body as a primary tool, incorporating a progression of movements designed to be executed on a mat, occasionally with the assistance of small props such as balls and elastic bands. This practice contributes to enhanced muscular endurance with particular focus on the “core” or abdominals, sculpting and elongating muscles, fostering joint flexibility, and aiding in the alleviation and prevention of back and neck pain.

This class is well-suited for beginners, and it is a perfect workout to combine with your yoga practice.

at the moment offered only in form of masterclasses

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a powerful technology that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul.

This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood.

This class could feel intense but it is suitable also for beginners.

NAVAKARANA

•••

The Navakarana Vinyasa class is an authentic experience and has features that you cannot find anywhere else.

YIN YANG YOGA

•/••

Yin Yang is the perfect class if you feel stressed or tense: it provides a dual experience, combining revitalization (Yang) and profound relaxation (Yin). Starting with a dynamic sequence of postures, the body is gradually warmed up, with a particular emphasis on the spine and joints. This is followed by a calming and soothing practice where postures are held still for an extended period, utilizing the body's weight and props. The intention is to facilitate a deep release of tension, fostering a profound sense of calmness.

This class is welcoming to beginners, offering an environment for practitioners of all levels.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga distinguished by a predetermined sequence of postures. It is characterized by a seamless flow of movement synchronized with breath, creating a "meditation in movement." This practice is renowned for its structured and disciplined approach, making it well-suited for individuals in search of a challenging yoga practice. It requires dedication and regular practice to fully experience the benefits and progress.

This could be a challenging practice, attending at least few yoga classes before is recommended.

GENTLE VINYASA

This style is a lighter and more accessible version of Vinyasa Yoga. The practice unfolds with a gradual sequence of postures, always synchronized with the breath. Sequences are subject to change between classes, guided by the time of day and the lunar phases. Gentle Vinyasa seeks to heighten body awareness, enabling the accumulated tension release while still focusing enough on strength and flexibility. It encourages you to attentively listen to your body and let go of anything no longer necessary.

This class is  an excellent introduction for beginners and remains equally beneficial for practitioners of all levels.
