How to become a member

To access any of the services of Nalu Yoga, it is necessary to subscribe for the annual membership and pay the annual fee of 15€, filling in the form provided by a receptionist directly at the studio, next time you come for a class. You can pay the membership fee at the studio, at the moment of booking your pass or trial, or immediately on this page, clicking the Paypal “Paga adesso” button.

How to purchase passes

All the passes options can be purchased in following ways:

  • booking your next class on our website and paying by card

  • at Nalu Yoga (both cash and cards accepted)

  • via bank transfer:

Activation and suspension

All the passes are activated from the date of the first visit with this option (not from the date of purchase), if not otherwise specified. The class passes and unlimited formulas are valid for all the regular classes in our schedule - workshops and special events are excluded. You can book your claasses in a completely autonomous way.

The 5, 10, 20, 30 classes passes, 1 month open cannot be suspended. If you don’t manage to use all your credits before expiration date, you have an option to extend your pass for the charge of 11€ / month (to be requested before expiring).

Only 3 and 6 months passes can be suspended just once during their validity, and for the maximum of 1 month.

Cancellation rules

  • Cancelling more than 6 hours before a class starts: you won’t be charged

  • Cancelling between 6 hours and the start of a class: 1 pass is charged and can’t be used any other time of refunded

  • No-show for any reason: 1 pass is charged and can’t be used any other time of refunded

  • Late more than 10 minutes: 1 pass is lost and can’t be used any other time of refunded (please note that we turn of the door bell at the start of a class to allow uninterrupted experience, and it may become impossible to enter the studio)

  • If you are in a waitlist: in case you enter in the class, we’d send you a confirmation sms minimum 1 hour before this class starts. In case you cannot attend, or not sure if you be able to arrive at the studio on such a notice, please cancel yourself from the waitlist 3 hours or more before the class starts.

  • Workshops and special events: cancelling and refunds are now allowed. Only in case of a course or few workshops, you may cancel yourself from one visit and attend the next one with the same ticket. To be confirmed with Nalu Yoga team.
