+ Do you have classes in English?

We’re proud to be the pioneering international yoga studio in Milan and we offer at the moment 5 weekly classes in English. Check which ones (signed with “in ENG”) and book directly on this page.

Other, non-marked, classes are in Italian. If you already practice yoga for some time, but understand little to no Italian, you’re welcome also to attend those.

+ Can I book a trial class?

You can book your trial on the BOOKING page of this website, clicking “BOOK” next to the class you’d like to attend. The trial costs 15€ and includes the annual membership fee (which is obligatory for all our paid services, and is not automatically renewable)

For the new clients there’s also an Intro Pack of 50€ that includes 3 classes + annual membership fee. It is valid for 2 weeks.

+ Do you have yoga mats? What shall I bring?

We have high quality mats and all the necessary accessories available free of charge. Of course, you can also bring your own mat if you’d like. Please use disinfectant sprays provided by the studio, at the end of the class.

Bring comfortable clothes for a workout - t-shirt, leggings / jogging pants / shorts. Usually yoga is practiced barefoot.

For the less dynamic practises such as Meditation, Yin, Yoga Nidra or Sound Healing please bring warmer garments, like a sweatshirt and socks; as the body tends to cool down a lot during this kind of sessions.

+ Can I come over to see the center

You’re welcome to come over and meet us in person, but only during times before and after our group classes.

+ I’ve never done yoga. How do you start?

Congratulations, you’re at the beginning of something wonderful. Most of our classes are available for all levels of experience. Please look up the class description at our BOOKING page, and if it mentions “for all practitioners” or “also for beginners” - feel free to book your trial!

After, try to maintain an easy but regular practice routine - the start of 2-3 weekly practices makes a huge difference (rather than burning out the first week by practicing every day). You’ll notice a slight and smooth change of things - both in your body and in your life.

It’s ideal to keep 1 day between the practices in the beginning - to let your body restore.

+ How much time prior to class shall I arrive?

Please arrive 10 min before the class starting time. You’ll need to do a check-in, possibly change and set yourself for a practice. Don’t be late, as we turn the doorbell off when the class starts - it might be impossible to enter then and you’d lose your class.

Please pay respect to other practitioners by not arriving late or last minute, as it may disturb the class.

If you have special health conditions or it’s your first time ever practicing yoga, please make sure to arrive in advance to talk to the teacher.

+ How do I book? What kind of passes do you have? Can I drop in?

The booking is necessary for each class and in fact it’s super simple, but you must create an account first. After, you can choose one of the multiple paying options (single, passes, unlimited passes, contracts for 6 or 12 months) Please proceed on the BOOKING page.

You can join any class at any part of the year - there’s no need to follow a specific course weekly or so.

You can drop-in to any class, but make sure to book online as spots are limited.

All the pricing options are here (navigate between the option in the menu (passes - unlimited - privates).

+ I have a problem with my payment / card is not accepted

Sometimes due to technical reasons or card provider, issues with payment may occur. Please reach us out by phone or email and then pay directly in studio or via bank transfer.

+ How do I cancel myself from one or multiple classes?

Cancellation free of charge could be done at least 3 hours before the class starts. If you cancel less than 3 hours or don’t show up, for any reason, your class will be charged. We also apply late cancel policy for the holders of an unlimited pass: each 5 late cancels or no-shows result in 1 week cut of the pass for those who have 3, 6, 12 months pass; each 3 late cancels or no-shows result in 1 week cut of the pass for those with 1 moth unlimited.

PLEASE CANCEL HERE: www.nalumilano.com/booking - button “My Account” on the top right of the digital calendar

+ How can I find out how many classes I still have?

Access “My Account” on the BOOKING page (on top right of the digital calendar) or your Mindbody App - go to “My Passes”

+ How much time in advance should I book a class?

You can book a class at any moment - 1 month before or right before it starts (exception: online classes are bookable up to 20 min before the start), as long as there’s availability. Some classes get full, if you want to make sure you get in, book a day or so in advance.

+ I’m in a Waitlist, how does it work?

If you’re in a Waitlist, it means the class is full, and if someone cancels, you could be added to this class. You’ll receive a confirmation email on the address registered in your account if it happens. To give the reasonable timeframe to our clients, waitlist closes 1 hour before the class, which means no one will be added to the class anymore. If you haven’t received any communication more than 1 hour before the class, it means you didn’t get the spot.

IMPORTANT: if you don’t want to attend the class anymore, please cancel yourself from the waitlist at least 3 hours before to give other people possibility to enter.

+ Can I book a private class?

Of course, practicing alone or in a small company in Nalu Yoga with highly skilled teachers is a great practice booster and a special experience in general. To book a private session, please send an email to info@nalumilano.com, indicating your time availabilities and eventual preferences.

+ I’m pregnant, can I attend classes?

At the moment we don’t hold any group Prenatal Yoga classes, but it’s possible to organise a private session with a certified teacher, starting from the 2 trimester of pregnancy and with an ok from your doctor.

It’s not possible to attend our regular group classes if you’re pregnant, because they always or often include elements that are not be designed for pregnancy and in fact are not beneficial and even dangerous (verticals, rotations, abdominals postures for example).

You can request a suspension of your pass for max 1 year as soon as you find out you’re expecting.

+ Can I suspend my pass?

Only passes of 3, 6 and 12 months could be suspended for a max 1 month, max 1 time per pass, requested before the suspension starts. Moreover, if the studio closes for august vacation or so, those days would be added on top to your unlimited pass.

All the other passes are not suspendable (exception: pregnancy and important health conditions that don’t allow to practice yoga)

+ My pass has expired / is expiring but I haven’t finished my classes yet

You could extend 5,10,20,30 classes pass by paying 11€ for each month of extension after validity end date. Send a request on info@nalumilano.com before the pass expires.

The link should arrive on your email address as soon as you register for the class. Check your spam folder. Please call us if you still haven’t found it.
